I would say this is one of the best Chinese food places in Sacramento. The Louie’s have refined their recipe and menu over the years, expanding it and trying new dishes. The owners are very accessible as they are there most of the time. One of the best restaurants for your money…great for lunch and even better for catering.

The one dish that you have to try: The Calamari appetizer, crunchy and delicious. Also, you get the body of the squid, not just the legs like other restaurants.
